Grounds and Maintenance

As with most parishes, much of the general maintenance work is done by parish volunteers. A crew of dedicated men and women is needed to collectively keep the parish grounds looking good. A tractor for mowing is kept in the shed and an occasional day of weeding, planting and mulching are planned throughout the year. Parishioners who enjoy the great outdoors or sport a ‘green thumb’ are encouraged to take part in this activity.
